Chief Executive Officer

Growing establishment seeking a passionate and dedicated leader to execute the responsibilities of the role of Chief Executive Officer. Reporting to the President of the Board and under the general direction of the Board of Directors, this individual will continue to grow the success of the organization providing a strong vision and direction of the operation.

• Continuing to build the organization and develop skillsets
• Develop and implement a strategic plan
• Work collaboratively with elected and government officials
• Partner with multiple healthcare providers
• Grow organization’s profile with other medical organizations to build business
• Develop and manage annual budget
• Initiate and determine strategic decisions that will make a successful impact on the organization
• Ensure fundraising efforts are successful
• Foster a strong relationship with the Board of Directors to set goals and budgets
• Effectively communicate any changes to programs
• Continue to advance the mission of the organization through fundraising and donations
• Create an efficient operation through recruitment and motivation of current staff
• Maintain good working relationships with all levels of staff
• Support and participate with essential fundraising resources

Qualifications; Required Education and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Health Administration or similar health-related degree
• Progressive management experience in a healthcare facility or primary health clinic
• Experience in fundraising and growth expansion
• Strong strategic thinking and planning skills
• Collaborate with all departments to ensure functionality
• Ability to analyze and make decisions easily
• Not-for-Profit Experience strongly preferred
